Vallecito Lake Trails System

Located east of Vallecito Lake off of CR 501A, and in the San Juan National Forest, lies a single trail known as Lion Creek Trail. This trail is a single track trail that forms a loop around Lion Creek which drains north into the Los Pinos River which feeds into Vallecito Lake. One will ride through a mixed forest of aspen and Douglas Fir.
