After brushing up on local history, touring the Aztec Ruins National Monument and exercising in Aztec’s gorgeous outdoors, travelers can relax on the patio of any number of locally owned restaurants and enjoy a cool beverage, purchase a unique gift from one of our downtown merchants or artisans, take Fido for a stroll along the Animas River, let the kids test their skills at the City’s state-of-the-art skate park and round out the evening with a restful night’s sleep at one of our local lodging establishments.
