The
Planning and Zoning Board works in an advisory capacity to the City Commission.
Their duties are to promote planning in the city limits as well as in the
extraterritorial planning district, assist in preparing a comprehensive
master plan, recommend action on zoning and variance requests.

Utility Advisory Board meets quarterly to review the revenues and operational
